2. Data collected and purposes
Through the "Become a retailer" form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: full name, business/store, city and province, phone, email and, optionally, VAT number, brands stocked and your message. This data is used solely to:
- respond to your request and evaluate a possible commercial collaboration as a retailer;
- get back to you using the contact details provided.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Retention
Data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any commercial relationship, and in any case no longer than the periods required by applicable law. You may request its deletion at any time.
5. Sharing
Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by authorised staff and by the hosting provider (data processor) solely for the technical management of the site and email.
6. Cookies and third parties
This site does not use profiling cookies. Fonts are hosted directly on our server (no connection to Google Fonts) and there are no advertising pixels or embedded maps that install third-party cookies. Any technical cookies serve only the correct functioning of the site.
7. Your rights
As a data subject you may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdrawal of consent. To do so, write to commerciale@illiana.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
